Table Host Responsibilities at the Event
At the event, please welcome your guests when they arrive at the table. Ensure your attendees have their nametag, introduce them to each other, and thank them for attending.
At the event, you will receive a Host Packet with your name on it. Enclosed in this packet will be donation cards, envelopes, and pens.
After the fundraising appeal and direction from emcee, Jordan Carson, please pass out the donation cards, envelopes, and pens to your guests. Please also encourage them to fill out a card even if they are giving online or choosing not to give at this time. We want to send them a thank you for attending!
After your guests have had sufficient time to complete the cards, please
collect them and any checks/donations and put them back in the large envelope.
**Please keep this envelope with you at all times.**
At the end of the event, please return your envelope to the Registration Table (located in the venue lobby). A Board member will be stationed at this table to receive your envelope.
We appreciate YOU and the time you have taken to help make Celebration of Hope 2025 a success. Your support is vital to the single women and children we serve.
